Automating Power BI App access requests with Power Automate, SharePoint and Entra ID
A request-and-approval flow that grants access to a Power BI App without anyone touching the app settings. Users ask for access in a SharePoint list, the right approver answers from an email, and Power Automate adds the user to the Entra group behind the app audience. Every request is recorded, and new apps only need a new row in a config list.
